Naser Sa'eed Abu Ras was a fighter in the Palestinian Revolution Forces located in Algeria. He was appointed along with his colleagues to conduct a martyrdom operation on the Israeli coast. It seems that an Israeli Navy discovered the boat carrying the group, and where their bodies became missing. Naser Abu Ras' family suspect that the Israeli Navy killed the Palestinian patrol and captured their bodies.
