Martyrdom / disappearance conditions

After the Occupying Forces' inability to penetrate Jenin Refugee Camp, the military force brought in bulldozers and started to demolish the area, which was surrounded by defenders of the camp (Al Hawasheen Neighborhood and Jawrat Al Thahab). After the men were forced out of their homes, taken out of the camp, and the women were gathered in other houses, the mother, sister (Basimah), and other neighbors were taken out of their homes under the threat of the Army in demolishing their homes. The mother asked one of the soldiers and the officer to take out their disabled and seated brother (Jamal), where their request was refused, after allowing the mother and sister to take him out. The bulldozer started to move towards their homes before they could reach him, and were taken to the neighbor's house (Ahmed Abu Na'sah), the place where the rest of the women were gathered in. They have not found his body, even after finding collections of their chairs and beds.
